Oven Roasted Broccoli

Hubby said this was the best broccoli I have ever made and the best broccoli he has ever tasted.  Isabelle loved it also, the boys were not crazy about it though.  I will be making it again, it was simple and tasted great that is a win win for me!

1 Bag of fresh broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp salt

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place the trimmed broccoli in a baggie with 1/4 cup olive oil and salt. 
Shake it until the oil completely covers all of it.
Lay the trimmed broccoli smooth side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes until you get a golden color broccoli. 
Be sure to watch it closely because you don’t want it to burn.
