Crockpot Ranch Potatoes

These were good, not great... I think they need an extra ranch packet.

6 large potatoes, washed, peeled & sliced to 1/4" thickness
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
10-12 oz. shredded cheese
1 ranch-seasoning packet
Wash, peel & slice your potatoes to 1/4" thick slices.
Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or use a liner.
Layer your potatoes - salt each layer.
Melt butter in large pan.
Add flour and quickly whisk in.
Pour in milk and add cheese.
Once the cheese is thoroughly melted, add in ranch seasoning packet and stir well.
Pour slowly over potatoes in the crockpot.
Keep the lid on through entire cooking process to keep moisture locked in.
