Macaroni Salad

This is a great dish for those days when you are trying to get most of your prep work done ahead of time.  In fact this salad tastes better the longer it has to sit and let the flavors mesh.  We all loved the flavor and really enjoyed having this for dinner.

1 cup mayonnaise (I used ranch)
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb macaroni, cooked and drained
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onion
*I also added 1/4 cup walnuts and a few cheese cubes (cut in half)

Combine dressing ingredients.
Stir into remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
