Italian Skillet Pull Apart Bread

Tonight was our weekly dinner with friends and I made these rolls.  Everyone agreed they were delicious, the men loved that they could slap a piece of Parmesan Chicken in the middle and they had a yummy sandwich.

1 bag frozen bread rolls, 20 in a bag
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup Pecorino Romano cheese (Parmesan cheese will work as well)
2 tbsp Italian seasoning (I used 2 tbsp of Italian dressing mix)

Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
In a shallow plate, whisk butter together with Italian seasoning and ½ of the Pecorino Romano cheese.
Take each bread roll and roll in the butter, then place it in a 12 inch skillet.
Repeat and make sure there is some space between the rolls, so they can rise.
Sprinkle with remaining Pecorino Romano cheese.
Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place for about 2 hours, until doubled in size.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
