Smothered Salisbury Steak Meatballs

Slightly spicy but really good!

1.5 pounds ground beef
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
Worcestershire sauce, about 5 tablespoons or more to taste
2 tablespoons pan drippings (all the yummy stuff off the bottom)
2 tablespoons flour
1 ¾ cups beef broth
Salt & pepper to taste
Break the beef apart.
Season the meat with your salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and worcestershire.
Form meatballs.
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
Place the meat into the hot skillet.
Sear the meat on each side, only turning to brown another side.
Remove the meat to a plate.
Whisk the flour into the drippings, & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly add brown gravy while continuously stirring.
Salt and Pepper the gravy.
Return the meatballs and cook for about 15 more minutes.
