Creamy Cheesy Breakfast Casserole

Delicious and oh so creamy!

5-6 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.  
Place half of the bread cubes in the bottom of the pan.  
Top with bacon and half of both cheeses.
Spread all of the ricotta over the cheese and bacon.  
Top with the remaining bread cubes.
Add remaining cheese to the top.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake 40- 45minutes until golden brown.  
Allow to cool 5 minutes before slicing.
