Peanut Noodles

8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup hot water
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

Cook spaghetti and drain.
While noodles are cooking let’s get the sauce going.
Heat vegetable oil over low heat and stir in the onion powder.
Increase the heat to medium and add in peanut butter, soy sauce, water, vinegar, and sugar.
Stir until combined and then remove from heat.
Toss with spaghetti.

Top with cashews (I don’t like raw peanuts but I wanted some crunch so I added cashews to the top).
