I made this last night for dinner. We had a very busy night and I needed something to throw together quickly. This dish was fast and the taste was pretty good. The alfredo sauce added a little extra creaminess to the dish. I feel like next time I will probably add some extra onion powder.
1 pound ground beef
32 ounces of garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
16 ounces of alfredo sauce
1 lb pasta
1 tsp onion powder
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown the meat and drain off the extra liquid.
While the meat is cooking boil the pasta.
Add onion powder to the meat and mix well.
When the pasta is done pour in the alfredo sauce.
Next you will pour the pasta mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Now you top the pasta with the meat.
Pour the spaghetti sauce over the top of the beef.
Lastly before popping it in the oven add the mozzarella cheese to the top of the dish.
Now you will bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
